Aikido: To try an Aikido class for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early and wear a t-shirt and sweatpants or yoga pants.
Weapons: Exploration of basic Aikido principles using the wooden staff (jo) and sword (bokken).
Iaido: Traditional Japanese sword-drawing. (Only offered to Aikido dojo members.)
Zazen: Seated meditation in the Japanese Rinzai Zen tradition. Open to all free of charge.
Shodo: Japanese calligraphy. Offered twice a month for separate fee.
